I have had a wide range of experiences as a classroom teacher. I have taught Ag Science, Physics, IPC, High School Resource English and Math, Resource English and Math grades 3-5, Elementary Life Skills, and have been a High School Diagnostician. Each classroom, district, and student gave me valuable experience and helped me have the skill set to be successful as the Curriculum Director. I love our community! We truly have the best students and teachers around!!!
I married my wonderful husband, Randy, in 2001. We have 2 amazing children, Caraline and Quannah. Caraline is a graduate of CHS and is currently a student at Texas A&M University and works for AgriLife Research. Quannah is active in many UIL events, 4-H, and NSDA.
When I am not at school, I enjoy hunting and fishing. One of my favorite outdoor activities is fishing for Red Snapper.
I am thankful for the unending grace and mercy that Jesus gives me on a daily basis. Without His strength, guidance, and provision in my life, I'd be absolutely nothing!
